You may sign in with Steam. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Data accuracy

Game information, player counts, viewership, prices, ratings, and release dates are aggregated from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm prices and details on the retailer or publisher's own page before purchasing. Deal links may lead to third-party stores.

Predictions ("Your take")

The prediction feature is for entertainment only. It does not involve real money, wagering, or prizes, and outcomes carry no monetary value.

Intellectual property

Game titles, artwork, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes. QuanticXero is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, IGDB, Twitch, or any publisher.

Attributions: game metadata is provided in part by IGDB; platform, review and player data by Steam; live viewership data by Twitch; cross-store pricing by IsThereAnyDeal; and supplementary artwork by SteamGridDB. Each is used under its own terms of service and remains the property of its respective owner.

Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertising (including via Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of ads or third-party sites they link to.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuanticXero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its data.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
